Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Shipping to the USA is free for all products via USPS First Class Mail. All orders over $100 will be upgraded for free to USPS Priority Mail. Orders are dispatched (with tracking information) within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.  First class shipments will take 1-6 business days to arrive from the date of shipment. Priority Mail shipments will arrive within 1-4 days of shipment- see the map below for estimated shipping time to your location. Shipments to addresses in Texas & Utah will be charged sales tax of 8.25%. If you have any questions about shipping please e-mail me at  winny@simplysmoothskincare.com

Returns

Returns of unopened/ sealed products can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of returned products. Please e-mail me at winny@simplysmoothskincare.com for return information

International orders

At this time, we can only ship orders to addresses in the USA. If you wish to pay using a non-US credit /debit card, please checkout using Paypal (a Paypal account is NOT required).
